About the Role
Gold Sikka Limited is looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer outreach and can hit the ground running from day one.
This is not an entry-level position — freshers will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the system/CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Address customer concerns and resolve queries professionally
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads
- Maintain a courteous and skilled demeanor on all calls

Any graduate / intermediate (as applicable)
Compensation
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC), based on relevant experience and interview performance
