We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers/leads, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and supporting the team with follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective leads.

- Explain services and provide accurate information.

- Follow up with interested candidates/customers.

- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance.

- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

- Candidates who can communicate in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi are preferred.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of English or Malayalam will be an advantage.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.

- Comfortable working from the office.
