We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries for our Architecture & Interior Design services. The role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting enquiries into consultations and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads interested in architecture and interior design services.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, property type, and project needs.
- Explain our interior design and architecture services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule consultations and site visits with the design team.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams.
- Follow up regularly to improve lead-to-client conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Malayalam and English communication preferred.
- Interest in architecture, interiors, real estate, or home design.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Confident in speaking with customers.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
