Role: Telecaller
Location: Tirur, Kerala
Experience: Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and dealers
- Follow up on orders, inquiries, and payments
- Maintain call records and update customer database
- Coordinate with the sales team on leads
Requirements:
- Transparent communication skills (Malayalam/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business)
- Polite, patient phone manner
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
