Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 1* years of relevant experience in property sales, real estate telecalling, lead follow-up, or related property sales activities*.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in handling property enquiries, and the ability to follow up with leads and convert them into customer meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to property enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective property buyers through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain property/project details, features, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
- Generate, qualify, and manage property sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Generate customer interest and convert leads into site visits and appointments.
- Schedule property site visits and customer meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
- Handle property enquiries and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain and update lead status and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and further follow-up.




- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Support the sales team in achieving assigned sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1* years of relevant experience in property sales or real estate sales*.
- Experience in real estate telecalling, property sales lead generation, customer follow-up, or enquiry handling.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively handle property enquiries and customer conversations.
- Ability to generate customer interest and convert leads into site visits.
- Positive knowledge of customer handling and sales follow-up.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Candidates with relevant real estate/property sales experience will be preferred.
