About P Learn:

P Learn designs and supplies NEP 2020 and CBSE-aligned mathematics laboratory kits, manipulatives, and hands-on learning tools. We have implemented math labs in 200+ schools across Kerala and Karnataka, with a focus on concrete–representational–abstract (CRA) pedagogy, teacher training, and measurable classroom impact.

This role exists to convert existing interest into conversations and meetings. You will not be making cold sales pitches from a script alone. You will follow up leads already generated through schools, partners, websites, events, and referrals politely, persistently, and with a explicit record of every call.

Key responsibilities:

- Call and follow up assigned leads daily schools, trusts, NGOs, and education partners within the agreed time window.
- Reach principals, coordinators, and purchase contacts; confirm interest, current math-lab status, board (CBSE / state / ICSE), and next step.




- Use WhatsApp and email for polite reminders, brochure sharing, and meeting confirmation after the first call.
- Log every attempt and outcome in the company CRM or tracker (connected, callback requested, not interested, meeting booked, wrong number).
- Book demos, online presentations, or school visits for the field / sales team and send a short briefing note before the meeting.
- Maintain a clean pipeline: overdue follow-ups closed or re-dated the same day; no lead left without a next action.
- Follow the approved script and product talking points; escalate product, pricing, and custom-kit questions to the sales lead.
- Meet weekly activity targets (calls, connects, meetings booked) and join a short daily or weekly standup.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
