Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecallers to join a reputed company located in Palarivattom, Kochi. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with customers, making follow-up calls, providing information about products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further follow-up.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
