Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
- Explain products and services to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets
- Convert leads into customers
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups
- Other tasks assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/sales
- Freshers can apply




- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident, polite and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment
- Ability to handle regular follow-ups and customer calls

SALARY & INCENTIVES ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and performance.

Additional incentives available on achieving targets.
