Job Summary:

Incheon Kia is looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls and follow-ups for our Sales and Service departments.

The candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, test drive requests, and showroom visits.
- Contact customers regarding service due dates, service appointments, insurance renewals, and special offers.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle sales, and service.
- Provide basic information about vehicles, services, offers, and dealership facilities.
- Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate Sales or Service team when required.
- Conduct customer feedback and satisfaction calls.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Spare Parts teams for customer follow-ups.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
- Prepare basic daily call reports.

Skills Required:

- Valuable verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Friendly and professional approach while speaking with customers.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to work with daily calling and follow-up targets.

Educational Qualification:

- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, CRM, sales, or the automobile industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
