- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and attendants.

- Respond to enquiries regarding doctors, consultations, procedures, services, timings, and appointments.

- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments.

- Make follow-up calls to patients regarding appointments, consultations, investigations, and procedures.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, and other departments as required.

- Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries and call details.

- Follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into appointments where applicable.

- Provide patients with accurate information as per hospital guidelines.

- Handle patient concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.





- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

- Prepare daily/weekly call reports and update the concerned reporting manager.

- Conduct feedback calls and record patient responses when required.

- Support hospital campaigns, health packages, promotional activities, and outreach calls.

- Ensure professional communication and a positive patient experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
