We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding orders and requirements
- Confirm and coordinate order details
- Share product photos/videos and information on WhatsApp
- Follow up with customers and resolve basic queries
- Maintain accurate order and customer records
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Hindi & English communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
