Dica An Deco Interiors is an interior design company focused on creating functional, stylish, and personalized interior spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their interior design requirements, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into site visits and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Understand customers' requirements related to home interiors, modular kitchens, renovation, and interior design services.
- Ask relevant questions to identify genuine and potential leads.
- Explain company services and basic project information to customers.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location, project requirement, and purchase timeline.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales/interior design team.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.




- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, customer requirements, and lead status.
- Update lead information in CRM/Excel or other company systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or similar roles.
- Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
