Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller with 1–2 years of proven telecalling/customer interaction experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally
- Explain products/services clearly, addressing customer needs and objections effectively
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales/appointments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/software
- Coordinate with sales/support teams to ensure smooth customer handling
- Handle customer objections and complaints with patience, escalating when necessary
- Build and maintain long-term rapport with customers to improve retention
- Provide feedback and market/customer insights to the reporting manager

Required Skills & Competencies





- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/regional language as required]
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Proven experience in achieving/exceeding calling and sales targets
- Good listening skills with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Patient, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (BPO/call center experience preferred)
