Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, explaining courses/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about courses and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams for further follow-up.
- Provide a positive customer experience and resolve basic queries professionally.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, or Malayalam is mandatory/preferred.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
