Location: Perumbakkam, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, or company offerings clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers through calls and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and support the sales team when required.




- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and Tamil.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
