We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

- Explain products and resolve customer queries.

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Maintain call records and prepare basic reports.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Confident and positive attitude.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and sales calls.
