About the Role:

Tuljai Realty is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team in Majiwada, Thane.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales, preferably within the real estate industry, along with a good understanding of real estate projects, property sales, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up with leads received through digital marketing, referrals, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and investment requirements.
- Explain property/project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects for the sales team.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until conversion.
- Update lead status, customer information, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Build a strong relationship with prospective customers and maintain professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Provide regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar sales role.
- Real estate industry experience/knowledge is preferred.
- Good understanding of property sales and customer handling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and English communication is required; Marathi will be an advantage.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-up processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Majiwada, Thane.
- Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach.
