We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, providing information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining professional communication with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

- Communicate with patients and understand their requirements.

- Provide accurate information regarding services and appointments.

- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.

- Maintain proper call records and follow-up details.

- Coordinate with relevant departments when required.

- Handle patient queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Minimum qualification:Plus Two / Higher Secondary.

- Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude.

- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple calls.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
