We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers / Student Counsellors to join our academy. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact confidently with students and parents.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable freshers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls and explain our academy's courses and programs.
- Understand students' educational needs, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Handle enquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned counselling/admission targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, education, or customer service will be an advantage.
