We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Associate to support our sales and business development activities through professional customer communication, lead follow-up and appointment generation.

JOB SUMMARY The Tele Associate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming enquiries, understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups and supporting the sales team in generating new business opportunities.

The role is suitable for someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners, decision-makers and prospective customers over the phone.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Tele Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.

Handle incoming enquiries professionally.

Introduce Kheewa Incorporation and its services.

Understand the customer's business and requirements.

Explain relevant services in a simple and convincing manner.

Maintain professional communication throughout the conversation.

- Lead Generation & Qualification

Contact leads received through websites, digital marketing, campaigns, databases and other sources.

Identify genuine business opportunities.

Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements.

Categorize leads according to interest and potential.

Forward qualified leads to the concerned sales executive.

- Follow-Up Management

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.

Follow up on previous discussions, quotations and proposals.

Maintain follow-up schedules.

Ensure interested prospects are contacted at the right time.

Record customer responses and next-action dates.

- Business Development Support

Generate appointments and business opportunities for the sales team.

Identify potential businesses that may require Kheewa's services.

Support the sales team in converting leads into meetings and opportunities.





Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

12th pass / Graduate preferred.

1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support or Business Development preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Comfortable making outbound calls.





Basic computer knowledge.

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems is preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Good Hindi communication.

Good basic English communication.

Punjabi communication will be an advantage.

Clear and confident telephone communication.

Ability to explain services in simple language.

Good listening skills.
