Job Title: Tekla Precast Modeler

Experience : 0-6 Years

Location: Baner, Pune

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Precast Modeler with expertise in Tekla Structures . This role is integral to the design-to-fabrication workflow, responsible for producing accurate and coordinated 3D models and 2D construction drawings of precast concrete components. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and erection teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed and coordinated 3D models of precast concrete elements using Tekla Structure.
- Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Erection drawings, Shop tickets, Production drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) in accordance with international standards.
- Review drawings for accuracy, identify conflicts or inconsistencies, and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to ensure constructability and coordination.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM tools, precast design trends, and industry best practices.





Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in structural/precast concrete modelling, preferably for USA/UK/Europe projects.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures software.
- Knowledge of USA/ UK/ European building codes and standards.
- Strong understanding of precast design and construction workflows.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
