The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business continuity.
This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting operational excellence across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles to support efficient troubleshooting.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and developing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ability to optimize data flows and improve system performance.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data modeling issues.
