Position: Techno-Commercial Manager

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering + MBA in Marketing

Experience: 8+ Years

Industry: Civil Construction / Real Estate

Location: Bhubaneswar

Relocation Assistance: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive techno-commercial activities along with business development for civil construction projects.
- Identify and acquire current clients and business opportunities.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals, estimates, BOQs, and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project discussions.
- Analyse project requirements, costing, rates, and commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
- Identify upcoming projects and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical, project, procurement,



and management teams.
- Support tendering, rate analysis, commercial negotiations, and contract finalisation.

Requirements:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering + MBA in Marketing.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in techno-commercial, business development, construction, or real estate.
- Strong understanding of civil construction and commercial processes.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, negotiation, and presentations.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
