Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong ServiceNow experience, capable of understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and contributing to implementation through platform configuration and customization.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions to define business needs.
- Prepare process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design techno-functional solutions using relevant ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
- Participate in ServiceNow configuration and customization, working closely with developers and technical teams.
- Support implementation activities, including solution validation, SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in business process consulting, techno-functional consulting, or ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong experience working on ServiceNow projects, preferably in implementation and enhancement engagements.
- Good understanding of business process mapping, requirement analysis, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience or strong implementation involvement in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and integrations.
- Understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
- Experience in functional testing, UAT, and working with technical teams to resolve implementation issues.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, or HRSD.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or relevant CIS certifications.
- Experience in client-facing consulting and enterprise digital transformation projects.

Ideal Candidate A techno-functional professional who can independently understand business requirements, design ServiceNow solutions, and contribute to their implementation through configuration, customization, and collaboration with technical teams. Note: Candidates with only Business Analyst experience, limited to requirement gathering and documentation without ServiceNow implementation or configuration/customization exposure, may not be suitable for this role.
