Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Technician to support the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and servicing of industrial air dryers and related equipment. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out assembly and installation activities as per drawings and quality standards, along with testing and troubleshooting of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assemble air dryers, chillers, and related industrial equipment as per drawings and work instructions.

· Carry out mechanical assembly, piping, tubing, fitting, and component installation.

· Perform electrical wiring, panel connections, sensor installation, and basic control wiring as required.

· Read and understand mechanical, electrical, and piping drawings.

· Carry out pressure testing, leak testing, functional testing, and performance checks.

· Assist in refrigeration-system-related assembly and testing, where applicable.

· Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.

· Ensure proper alignment, tightening, connections, and finishing of components.

· Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment safely.

· Coordinate with production, fabrication, electrical, and quality teams to complete jobs on schedule.

· Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures at the workplace.

· Record testing results and report defects, abnormalities, or material shortages to the supervisor.

· Assist in installation, commissioning, maintenance,



and service activities at customer sites when required.

· Follow company quality standards, production procedures, and safety requirements.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.

· Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

· Knowledge of tools and measuring instruments.

· Basic troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

· Knowledge of refrigeration/HVAC systems will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh ITI/Diploma candidates with good technical knowledge may also be considered.

Physical / Work Requirements

· Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

· Willingness to work on the shop floor and, when required, travel to customer sites for installation/service.

· Ability to handle tools and equipment and follow prescribed safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
