Purpose:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for perform receipt, storage, issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory and operation cleaning of Warehouse equipments in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables:

1. Inventory Management:

- Receive and verify incoming raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper storage as per material specifications (temperature, humidity, FEFO/FIFO).

2. Documentation & Compliance:

- Documentation for GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issuance, and dispatch.
- Support audits (internal, regulatory, customer audits).

3. Material Handling & Storage:

- Perform receiving, handling, storage, labeling, put-away, issuance and dispatch of material as per SOP.
- Follow procedures for handling Under test, approved, expired, rejected, recalled, and returned materials.




- Monitor warehouse conditions (Temperature, Humidity and differential pressure).
- Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent contamination, mix-ups, damage, and deterioration.
- Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

4. Coordination & Dispatch:

- Ensure proper palletization and documentation for shipments of Finished Goods.
- Loading of palletized finished goods in vehicle / container.

5. Software Handling:

- Update the routine activities in log / e-log.

Qualifications:

- ITI, Diploma, Intermediate or related field.

Additional Notes:

Key Skills:

- Candidates with pharmaceutical warehouse and forklift operation experience will be preferred.
- Valuable communication skills to communicate with coworkers & supervisors.
- High level of personal and workplace hygiene and compliance.

Working Conditions:

- Based in manufacturing plant environment.
- Must be able to work in shifts as needed.
- Compliance with safety and hygiene protocols mandatory.
