Job Brief : We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technician to join our facilities services team in India. Responsibilities :

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly, implementing effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and testing of facility systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational transparency and planning.




- Collaborate with facility management and external vendors to coordinate specialized repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures during maintenance and repair tasks.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on facility operations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members as needed.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements and regulatory changes.
