Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Technicians (Electronics / Mechanical) to support the assembly, testing, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UAV systems and related equipment. This is a hands-on role suitable for both freshers and candidates with prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the assembly and integration of electronic and mechanical components for drones and UAV systems.
- Perform soldering, wiring, harnessing, and basic PCB-related work.
- Support testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of flight controllers, sensors, motors, ESCs, batteries, and other drone subsystems.
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and quality checks on drones and related equipment.
- Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain workshop tools, testing instruments, and component inventory.
- Assist engineering and production teams during prototype builds, flight tests, and production runs.




- Document work performed and report issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Support field or on-site activities when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent. B.Tech graduates in related fields may also apply.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2+ years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring, soldering, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with common hand tools, multimeters, and workshop practices.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and assembly manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy (email, MS Office, or simple documentation).
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/R&D; environment.

Preferred / Added Advantage
- Any prior exposure to drone/UAV assembly, repair, or testing.
- Knowledge of flight controllers, motors, ESCs, or batteries.
- Experience with 3D printing or basic mechanical fabrication.
- Interest in aerospace, robotics, or defence technology.
