Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct VMC machine maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to drives, motors, and other mechanical components.

- Ensure proper functioning of HMC machines by performing routine checks on bearings, gears, and other moving parts.

- Maintain welding equipment in the welding shop area to ensure quality production.

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in CNC shop maintenance (electrical & mechanical).

- Solid knowledge of CNC maintenance, VMC maintenance, preventive maintenance, electrical maintenance, HMC machine operation & maintenance.

- Proficiency in working with Okuma & Mazatrol programming languages.

- Diploma/ITI degree holders can also apply; B.Tech (Computers) preferred.
