? About the RoleQloron Technology is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to support strategic technology and engineering initiatives for a global organization.

The role involves planning, creating, editing, and managing technical documentation across complex software platforms, architecture, AI-enabled solutions, product capabilities, and engineering processes.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical experts, engineers, architects, business stakeholders, end-users, legal, and brand teams in a project-based, milestone-driven delivery setting.

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, edit, and manage technical documentation across software platforms, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Convert fragmented technical source material into clear, structured, accurate, and compliant documentation.
- Develop technical documents, architecture diagrams, style guides, whitepapers, and technical blogs.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, legal, and brand teams to gather and validate technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for technical, business, and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain documentation quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Manage documentation deliverables according to project milestones and deadlines.
- Support documentation for product capabilities, developer platforms, APIs, integrations, and engineering processes.
- Ensure documentation meets applicable legal, brand, and compliance requirements.





? Mandatory Skills✅ 5+ years of Technical Writing experience supporting complex software, cloud, enterprise technology, or developer platforms. ✅ Strong technical editing and content creation capabilities.

✅ Hands-on experience creating technical documents, architecture diagrams, style guides, whitepapers, and technical blogs.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills, working directly with engineers, architects, product managers, legal, and brand teams.

✅ Experience working in project-based, milestone-driven delivery environments.

✅ Ability to convert fragmented technical information into clear, structured, and compliant documentation for diverse audiences.
