About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team remotely. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a passion for creating clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly technical documentation. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining high-quality documentation for our technical products and services, including API documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

Your work will directly impact the usability and accessibility of our offerings, supporting developers, technical teams, and end-users worldwide.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical writing within the software or technology sector. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in documenting APIs, SDKs, or developer tools, with an excellent command of grammar, syntax, and technical writing standards.

Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare is essential. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is crucial. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

- Develop clear, concise,



and accurate technical documentation for software products, ensuring ease of understanding for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to gather technical details and ensure documentation reflects the latest product updates and features.
- Create, update, and maintain API documentation, including detailed descriptions of endpoints, parameters, and example requests/responses.
- Manage version control for documentation to accurately reflect software releases and updates over time.
- Conduct reviews and quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to style and branding guidelines.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand product roadmaps and technical developments that influence documentation needs.
- Utilize documentation tools and platforms to publish and organize content efficiently and effectively.
