We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to train students in programming, software development, and technical concepts, with a solid focus on placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training in programming and software development concepts.
- Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, and assessments.
- Prepare training materials, practice questions, and coding tasks.
- Identify student learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
- Train students for technical interviews and placement assessments.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with current technologies and industry requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or SQL.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
- Prior experience in technical training or teaching is preferred.
- Passion for mentoring and developing students.
