Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical support training sessions for learners.

- Train candidates on hardware and software troubleshooting.

- Explain Windows OS, basic networking, internet, email, and system-related issues.

- Provide training on ticketing systems, incident management, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Develop practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.

- Conduct mock calls and role-play sessions for technical/customer support.

- Train learners in professional communication and customer-handling skills.

- Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback.

- Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.

- Support learners in interview preparation and placement readiness.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Technical Support / IT Helpdesk / Service Desk.

- Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN.





- Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and system administration basics.

- Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT support processes.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid presentation and classroom-training skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Qualification

- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant technical support certifications will be an advantage.
