- Handle inbound customer calls and provide technical support for electrical products/equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
- Explain product features, usage, installation, and basic safety procedures.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

- We are looking for candidates with a B.E./B.Tech degree in ECE, EEE, EIE, or Mechatronics. Candidates from other engineering disciplines will not be suitable for this role.
