- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of commercial washing machines, dryers, hydro extractors, ironing/finishing equipment and other laundry machinery.
- Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors/service providers for technical support and spare parts.
- Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance and spare consumption.
- Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency.
- Lead, guide and supervise the team at the laundry plant.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
- Support installation, commissioning and shifting of laundry equipment whenever required.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering/ITI or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in maintenance of commercial/industrial machinery.
- Candidates with experience in the Laundry Industry will be preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of commercial washing machines, dryers and laundry finishing equipment.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in team handling and manpower supervision.
- Willingness to work at a laundry plant and handle operational requirements.
