Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and system-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for application, platform, and service-related issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system, connectivity, API, and service-related issues.
- Analyse errors and logs to identify the root cause of technical problems.
- Handle and resolve support tickets within defined SLA/TAT.
- Coordinate with Development, Network, Product, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
- Assist in troubleshooting API, HTTP, SMPP, and integration-related issues.
- Monitor service performance and proactively identify recurring issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions,



and troubleshooting steps.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, deployment support, and post-deployment monitoring when required.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support / Application Support / IT Support.
- Positive understanding of Linux/Windows environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL and database troubleshooting.
- Understanding of APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML, and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, PuTTY, SSH, and log-monitoring tools will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple issues simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
