The Role: Technical Support Engineer





We are looking for a 2+ year engineer who can independently troubleshoot Linux/application/MySQL issues and communicate directly with customers over calls and email. Bash/Python/other scripting is key; Ruby on Rails is useful but optional. Experience on SaaS/product will be an added benefit.

The support load is normally quiet. Outside escalations, engineers work on product testing, automation and development tasks, so this is intended to remain an engineering role rather than a ticket-processing role.

Location: Bengaluru preferred; India-remote possible

Shift option A: starts 20:30 IST

Shift option B: starts 02:00 IST

Indicative compensation is as per market standards and typically depending on candidate skills and profile suitability.
