Role Description The Technical Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur. This role involves providing technical support for drives, automation panels, electrical panels, and control systems, including diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer problems.

The Technical Support

Executive will handle customer support inquiries, document cases, and maintain accurate records of service activities. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, guiding users through technical solutions,



and assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of products. The role also requires transparent communication with customers, feedback collection to improve services, and adherence to company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for electrical panels, drives, and automation systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical data, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing, in a customer-focused manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Hosur, manage multiple tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in technical support or field service for electrical or automation products is an advantage.
