Technical Support Engineer

Location: Urban Vault Citrine, Hebbal, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office – 5 days/week

Timings: US Shift / India Night Shift

Experience: 1–3 years

We build AI-enabled care management tools and technology that help healthcare teams improve care coordination, reduce operational inefficiencies, and ensure patient interventions happen at the right time and for the right reasons.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is comfortable working across IT support, healthcare applications, APIs, infrastructure, and internal tools, and who wants to gradually grow into a core engineering role .

This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting real-world technical problems, working directly with users, and learning how production systems work.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide internal technical support across company systems, applications, and tools.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues faced by employees using office applications, browsers, remote-access tools, communication platforms, and internal software.
- Support and troubleshoot Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare-related applications used by operational teams.
- Investigate application, API, authentication, connectivity, and environment-related issues.
- Support development and maintenance of APIs, automation scripts, and internal tools.
- Work with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Assist with AWS infrastructure, application environments, monitoring, and basic system reliability.
- Maintain IT asset and inventory records, including laptops, monitors, accessories, and other office electronics .
- Assist with device allocation, replacement, onboarding, offboarding, and tracking of hardware issues.
- Document recurring technical issues,



resolutions, and internal processes.
- Support security and compliance practices, including those related to HIPAA and healthcare data.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify recurring problems and improve internal systems.
- Participate in testing and rollout of new tools, integrations, and product enhancements.

We Are Looking For Candidates With

- Basic knowledge of Java and/or Python .
- Basic understanding of AWS services .
- Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication, and backend development concepts .
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to systematically debug software, application, network, and user-environment issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work directly with users and understand their technical problems.
- Strong ownership and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems.
- A collaborative attitude and growth mindset.

Good to Have

- Previous exposure to EHR/EMR systems , healthcare technology, or US healthcare workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows or macOS systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, remote desktop tools, or similar enterprise applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, IP addresses, VPNs, ports, and HTTP.
- Experience with Git, Postman, logs, command-line tools, or API debugging.
- Familiarity with IT asset or inventory management.
- Experience working in a startup or quick-moving technical environment.
