About the role

You will be the technical voice of BrightBlu to customers and partners: remotely diagnosing faults on EV chargers deployed across India, fixing them through configuration and firmware updates wherever possible, and directing our field service partners when a site visit is needed. You own every ticket from first contact to confirmed resolution.

What you will do

- Own support tickets end-to-end and keep customers informed at every stage
- Remotely diagnose charger faults using device logs, telemetry and OCPP / CMS data
- Resolve remotely where possible: configuration, firmware updates, network / Wi-Fi / SIM issues, guided checks of supply, earthing and RCD
- Specify diagnosis, parts and checks for field partner engineers; review visit reports before closure
- Support installation and commissioning (charger online, configured, first session verified)
- Escalate safety-related faults immediately with evidence




- Log every interaction in the ticketing system; prepare RCA reports for repeat failures
- Build troubleshooting guides and fault-code references; train field partners

What we are looking for

- 2+ years in technical support, service or I&C; of EV chargers, power electronics, UPS / inverter / battery, solar or telecom equipment
- Working knowledge of single- and three-phase AC systems, MCB / RCD, earthing and multimeter use
- Methodical fault-finding; comfortable reading logs
- Transparent English and Hindi; customer handling over phone, WhatsApp and email
- Disciplined about ticketing / CRM records

Good to have
- Hands-on AC EV charger experience (7.4 / 11 / 22 kW); IEC 61851 / 62196; CP / PP behaviour
- OCPP 1.6J message flows and CMS / CSMS portals
- Firmware updates (OTA / serial), Modbus RS-485 meters, Wi-Fi / BLE devices
- Experience coordinating third-party field vendors; RCA report writing
- Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi or Bengali (or Any major regional language skill will be considered).
