Job Summary

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Lead to drive our enterprise digital analytics strategy. In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation and governance of Adobe Analytics, integrate insights with Google Analytics, and ensure data quality through ObservePoint. You will act as the primary analytics subject matter expert, partnering with product, marketing, and engineering teams to unlock data-driven decision-making at scale.

- JavaScript proficiency — writing and debugging custom code for tag management, data layer validation, and event tracking.
- Project management — managing multiple analytics implementations simultaneously, prioritising by business impact.
- Cross-functional collaboration — partnering confidently with marketing, product, engineering, and legal teams.




- Attention to detail — spotting discrepancies in data, maintaining documentation standards, and enforcing governance policies.

Skill Requirements

Technical Requirements

- 6+ years of hands-on digital analytics experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Adobe Analytics.
- Deep expertise in tag management systems and JavaScript-based data layer implementations.
- Proficiency in a secondary web analytics platform for cross-validation and parity reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with tag auditing and automated data quality governance tools.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, lead-gen, or media measurement frameworks.
- Experience creating executive-level dashboards and data visualisations.

Nice to Have

- Adobe Analytics certification (Adobe Certified Expert or Adobe Certified Master).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with server-side tagging and edge-network data collection.
- Exposure to cloud data warehouses for analytics pipeline work.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms.
