About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect / Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Advanced RPA, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and governing intelligent AI agents and AI-powered workflows while driving enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
- This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise in AI agent orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud-native architectures, AI governance, and integration of enterprise systems using modern AI technologies and platforms.

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop complex Agentic AI solutions in an Agile environment as part of a global team of engineers, architects, designers, and product experts.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude APIs, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Lead technical design discussions across multiple technology disciplines to propose AI and automation solutions for complex business challenges.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to influence strategic objectives and drive adoption of AI solutions.
- Provide expertise in AI agent orchestration, prompt engineering, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor and support onshore and offshore engineering teams in implementing scalable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineering and production support teams to ensure operational readiness of AI-powered applications.




- Support escalated issues, production incidents, and AI solution defect resolution.
- Coordinate non-production deployments, testing activities, and AI solution validation processes.
- Partner with Release Management teams to execute production deployments of AI-powered capabilities.
- Collaborate with SaaS vendors, AI platform providers, and technology partners to deliver program objectives.
- Coordinate enterprise changes and integrations affecting AI agents, APIs, enterprise data sources, and knowledge repositories.
- Drive Responsible AI practices, AI governance frameworks, security reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze logs, telemetry data, and monitoring information using Splunk, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, ArgoCD, Copilot Analytics, and AI monitoring platforms.
- Create observability frameworks including monitoring dashboards, alerts, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Build and maintain deployment, release, governance, and lifecycle management processes for AI platforms.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures integrated with enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies, multi-agent orchestration workflows, and human-in-the-loop business processes.
- Evaluate and optimize AI agent performance, response quality, accuracy, operational efficiency, and adoption metrics.
