Position: Technical Sales & Project Tracking Specialist

Experience: 2 Years (B2B Sales in the same industry)

Location: Jamnagar & Nearby Regions

1. Project Tracking:

Identify and track new construction projects within the assigned territory, with primary focus on Jamnagar and nearby regions. Develop and maintain a project pipeline by collecting details such as project name, location, project type, stage of construction, and key project contact information.

Support the Key Account Management (KAM) team in identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Make regular visits to Client, Architects, PMC and contractors team for project requirements to promote Gyproc drywall systems.

Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, specifications including analysis of lost projects and reasons.

Build robust relationships with Client, PMC and Contractors to establish Gyproc as the preferred partner.

1. Technical Sales Support:

Recommend appropriate drywall systems and product specifications based on project requirements in consultation with design. Provide technical presentations, mock-ups, product demonstrations, and demo sample to support project specifications.

Work closely with the KAM team to maximize product mix, system sales,



and value-added solution.

Coordinate with internal functions such as Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure timely project support.

1. Site Technical Support & Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and provide onsite technical guidance during execution. Identify installation dilutions and deviations, recommend corrective actions and ensure compliance with approved Gyproc installation methodology.

Maintain proper documentation of site observations, deviations, corrective actions, and project progress to support certification and quality compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Jamnagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
