Role Description

The Technical Recruiter (Target based/from Consultancy) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and technology-adjacent positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, aligning recruitment strategy with business needs, and ensuring a smooth, timely hiring process.

The Technical

Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics against targets, manage offer negotiations, and support onboarding coordination. This role requires robust stakeholder management, consistent follow-up, and adherence to performance goals typical of consultancy and target-based environments.

Qualifications :

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening,



interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for software, IT, or engineering roles within consultancy or agency environments.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional client interaction, and effective candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet or exceed hiring targets and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of technology roles and basic technical terminology to assess candidate fit accurately.
- Experience in target-based or consultancy/agency recruitment models is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
