Role Description This is a full-time Technical Recruiter role based in Coimbatore with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of onsite and work-from-home flexibility.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for technical and related roles. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating job postings, building talent pipelines, and maintaining candidate relationships. The role also involves evaluating technical skill sets, managing interview logistics, providing feedback to candidates, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

Recruiter will track hiring metrics, use recruitment tools and platforms, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Qualifications

- Robust full-life cycle recruiting and general recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in technical recruiting and hiring for engineering, data, and technology-focused roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
- Ability to assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and alignment with organizational values.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, collaborating with distributed teams and adapting to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience recruiting in technology or AI-focused organizations is a plus.
