About the Role

We are looking for a driven and proactive Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, candidate engagement, recruitment coordination, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Understand job requirements and technical skill sets in coordination with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, compensation, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer coordination, documentation, negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
- Work on multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-hire technical positions.
- Focus on both quality of hiring and turnaround time.

- Cybersecurity / SOC

Required Skills

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Recruitment.
- Technical / IT recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Robust sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on closures and candidate joining.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
