About the Role

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a target-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client job requirements, including skills, experience, and certifications.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
- Search for both active and passive candidates using effective sourcing techniques.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on technical qualifications and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and evaluate communication, experience, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews and technical assessments with the relevant teams and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Assist with offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Promote the company and client opportunities effectively to suitable candidates.

Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI & ML, ECE, EEE, Data Science, or related technical fields.
- Qualifications such as B.E., B.Tech, M.Sc.



Computer Science, MCA, M.Sc. Data Science, or related technical degrees are preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies such as Java, Python, AWS, SQL, etc.
- Basic understanding of IT roles such as Software Engineer, System Administrator, Data Analyst, and other technical positions.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates in the US market.
- Knowledge of Boolean Search, LinkedIn Search, and Web Research.
- Solid negotiation, convincing, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment activities effectively.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
