We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in niche technology hiring. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for niche and specialized technology roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Boolean and X-Ray search.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience and role fit.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the process.
- Manage multiple positions and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
- Support offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience in niche or specialized technology hiring.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment.
Location: Noida
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA, based on interview
