Responsibilites:

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle technical hiring across various IT skill sets.

Manage Permanent and Contract hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.

Manage client and stakeholder interactions and understand hiring requirements.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Minimum 1.6+ years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connectivity are mandatory.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
