We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR Recruitment team. The role involves handling end-to-end technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Identify relevant technical skills and qualifications while screening IT resumes.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and assess candidates based on experience, availability, interest, and salary expectations.
- Source candidates through internal databases, references, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other qualified networks.
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from interviewers.
- Follow up with selected candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Hire for various technical positions such as Software Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Mobile Developers, Front-End Developers, and Back-End Developers .
Required Qualifications
- 1- 2 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed , etc.
- Experience in handling multiple technical profiles and end-to-end recruitment.
